Service Content and Scope
KvVPN provides subscription services for cross-border access, access to international websites, and network route optimization. The service covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes, connection methods, and client entry points available at a given time are those displayed in the user panel.
Connection results may be affected by location, network operating conditions, destination website policies, and device configuration. Route names identify available network paths and do not constitute a promise of continued access to any particular website, application, or regional content. Some features may change because of maintenance, technical adjustments, or external network conditions.
The service provides network connectivity and route optimization only. It does not control third-party websites, applications, or content, nor does it participate in third-party account management, content publishing, pricing rules, or access permissions. When using a third-party service, users must also follow that provider's rules.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required. Users can create an account with a username and password. Account credentials, subscription information, and access credentials in the user panel must be kept secure by the account holder. The account holder is responsible for consequences caused by poor credential management, storing information on untrusted devices, or disclosing credentials to others.
KvVPN does not limit the number of devices that may be online at the same time, but this arrangement applies only to reasonable use managed by the account holder. Users may not publicly share account credentials or subscription information, resell, rent out, or split and sell accounts, route access, or remaining traffic, or provide them to third parties through shared services, payment-on-behalf services, or other commercial means.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading partway through a term, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire. Subscription status, remaining traffic, and upgrade results are determined by the records in the user panel. Users should verify the plan type and account status before submitting an operation.
Requirements for Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the region they access, and are responsible for activities initiated through their account. The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to infringe on the lawful rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, or commit fraud.
Users may not consume route resources through automated requests, abnormal concurrency, malicious scanning, or other methods clearly beyond normal personal use. They may not attempt to damage service infrastructure, interfere with other users' connections, or evade access controls in the user panel. If unusual activity is detected on an account, KvVPN may take necessary security measures.
The legality, accuracy, and availability of third-party content are the responsibility of its provider. Before accessing, downloading, publishing, or storing such content, users should determine the permissions and applicable rules for themselves. KvVPN does not approve or endorse third-party content.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
KvVPN will maintain routes, the user panel, and related client entry points according to actual operating conditions. However, network services may be affected by equipment status, local networks, international links, system maintenance, destination service policies, and events beyond reasonable control. Routes may be adjusted, suspended, or replaced when necessary; users can check currently available options in the user panel.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KvVPN is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service interruptions, changes to destination content, local device failures, incorrect configuration, or credentials that users have failed to protect properly. Users should retain necessary data copies for their own purposes and confirm the connection status and destination address before important operations.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law. If any provision is found invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in effect and will be interpreted, to the extent lawful, in the manner closest to their original intent.
Restrictions, Suspension, and Account Termination
If an account involves unlawful use, resale or public sharing, malicious resource consumption, interference with service operation, infringement of third-party rights, or another serious violation of these terms, KvVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend subscription access, or terminate the account according to the level of risk.
To verify unusual activity, KvVPN may require users to complete necessary account confirmation through the user panel. Users must promptly stop any violation and properly handle subscription information that remains stored on their devices. After account termination, users may not continue accessing the service with the original credentials or evade the action by repeatedly creating accounts.

Changes and Effective Date
KvVPN may update these terms when needed because of changes to the service scope, technical developments, compliance requirements, or risk controls. The updated text will be published on this page, and the month shown as the last update identifies the current version. Important changes affecting user rights or obligations will be noted in an appropriate location on the website or in the user panel.
Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the updated content. If users do not accept a change, they should stop using the service and manage any active subscription in their account. Users may review this page regularly to confirm the current account rules, service scope, and liability limits.
